CHALLENGERS LEAGUE : This is the ANYONE can race league!!! Friday Nights, typically 7-11pm. This is geared for the beginner (“B” Division) and intermediate racer (“A” Division). Cars are box stock with “truing and gluing” allowed Alternates weekly between four classes, Stock Car, Formula 1, GT, and Lemans.
CHAMPIONS LEAGUE (aka: Masters Leauge) : Friday Nights after Challengers League racing. This league is designed for the advanced racer. Rules allow many modifications and encourage experimentation. Alternates weekly between six classes, WRC, Stock Car, Formula 1, GTS, Group C, and Open. Please note that the Champions League is for current or past Division A drivers or by invitation only.
FRIDAYS:
The rotation is made up of 5 different car classes all with one set of rules regarding modification. See the Challengers Rules for more details. Also remember to check the Race Schedule for more information about what runs in each weekly rotation.
SAR Friday night race schedule is as follows:
The shop doors will officially open at 6:00pm. It may be open sooner but no later than 6:00pm.
Scale Auto Racing B League
Registration for the B League race will close at 7:15pm and racing will begin no later than 7:30pm. Scale Auto Racing A League
In the event that we do not hold a B League race, registration for the A League race will close at 7:45pm and racing will begin no later than 8:00pm. Otherwise the A League race will follow the running of the B League race. Registration for A League race will close at 7:45pm regardless. Notice: Friday night schedule will remain in place until futher notice. Exceptions may be made to the schedule at the sole discretion of Scale Auto Racing.
Directly after the Challenger’s League we will hold a Champions League event. The Champions League is an advanced league with experienced racers and car builders. Many of the classes include highly modified cars requiring a commitment of time and money that many are not willing to put forth. The Champions League is an ‘invitation only’ league and you must graduate from the Challenger’s League to be invited to participate in the Champions League. The Champions League consists of a rotation of 6 classes of cars, all with their own set of rules regarding modification.
SATURDAYS:
Now that we have moved into our new location, the Saturday Race Program is currently being re-worked. Stay tuned for more information.
SUNDAYS:
On Sunday afternoons, we finish off the weekend (or start the new week…which ever way you look at it) with a set of NASCAR COT races. There is more coming out about this new program too, so stay tuned!
